Refund, Return and Cancellation policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

1. Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and receipts.
Some items, such as custom-made items, may not be eligible for return. 

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, go to order section in the app/website within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up from your location. You may incur the return shipment cost and the same will be deducted from the refund amount. 

3. Cancellation Process:
To initiate cancellation of order, go to order section in the app/website within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your cancellation is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up from your location. You may incur the return shipment cost and the same will be deducted from the refund amount. 

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment if your initial payment method is any of the Online payment methods or as store credit if your initial payment menthod is Cash payment. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact: us immediately at 'contact@fabimore.com' or (+91) 9600841640. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
